Fulfillment Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery in transit. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Honey Road is not responsible for any damage or loss after delivery. If a shipment is returned to us by the courier due to customer error, such as an incorrect address or contact information, order cancellation, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will issue a refund minus the courier and packing charges.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for more details. Your trust is important to us, and we make every effort to get your order right the first time.

All our products are personal care items. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Even if products are sealed, they are considered out of our supervision once shipped, and therefore, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order after payment and before shipment. If canceled within this timeframe, your full order amount will be refunded. Refunds typically take up to 7 working days to be processed by your bank. No cancellation fees will apply.

Lost Packages

We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If you believe your package is missing, please contact us immediately at info@bestmadhoney.com, and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Ensure that your shipping address is correct and that packages are delivered to a secure location.

If you are concerned about lost or stolen items, please contact us before placing your order to arrange delivery with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@bestmadhoney.com within 6–12 hours of receiving the item, including a picture of the product and your order details. We will respond promptly and may request the item be returned for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
